
Pearl Bellini
- 1 oz. Pearl® Peach Vodka
- 1/4 of a Ripe Peach
- 1 tsp. Agave Nectar
- 1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 3 oz. Prosecco
- Mix the agave nectar, lemon juice and Pearl Peach Vodka in a chilled glass. Add half a cup (or more) of crushed ice, stir, and add the Prosecco. May be prepared in a blender to produce a frozen drink. Serves 2.
