Donn Lux and Rick Przebieda recently visited New Hampshire to meet with the Chairman of the New Hampshire Liquor Commission, Mr. Joe Mollica. They had the opportunity to tour the brand new $12 million, 240,000-square-foot state-of-the-art warehouse used by the New Hampshire Liquor Commission (NHLC), located in the city of Bow. The recently completed warehouse was part of a $200 million warehousing and delivery contract awarded to Exel, Inc. by the NHLC. Prior to awarding Exel the contract, Law Warehouses had served as the state’s primary alcohol distribution and storage company for 40 years.
