Manhattan Coffee

BRAND: CAFFE LOLITA®
  • 1 oz. Saint Brendan’s® Irish Cream
  • 1 oz. Caffe Lolita® Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 oz. Hazelnut Liqueur
  • Hot Coffee
  • Blend and layer whipped cream on top.

Mint Chip Cake

BRAND: ARROW®,PEARL®
  • 2 oz. Pearl® Wedding Cake Vodka
  • 1 oz. Arrow® Creme de Cacao
  • 1 oz. Arrow® Creme de Menthe
  • Shake over ice and strain into a chocolate cookie rimmed martini glass drizzled with chocolate. Top with a dollop of whipped cream.

Mint Julep

BRAND: EZRA B®
  • 2 oz. Ezra Brooks®
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 4 mint sprigs
  • 1/2 tsp. water
  • Mix sugar and water in a mixing glass. Rub mint on rim of a glass or julep cup. Fill glass with shaved ice. Pour sugar water over ice, add bourbon and stir. Garnish with a mint sprig.

Minty Peach Martini

BRAND: PEARL®
  • 2 oz. Pearl® Peach Vodka
  • 3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp. Agave Nectar
  • 8-10 Mint Leaves
  • Smash mint leaves to release oils. Put 4 or 5 mint leaves, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon agave nectar in a shaker and crush with a muddler or spoon. Add Pearl Peach Vodka and fill with ice. Cover and shake, then strain through a sieve into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a mint sprig or leaf.

Moon Light-nin’

BRAND: EVERCLEAR®
  • 5 oz. Everclear Lightnin’® Corn Whiskey
  • 1 1/2 oz Beer
  • 2 dashes Tabasco® Sauce
  • Add whiskey to highball glass, fill with beer. Dash in Tabasco.

Morning with the Leprechauns

BRAND: ARROW®
  • 1 oz. Saint Brendan’s® Irish Cream
  • 1 oz. Irish Whiskey
  • 1 oz. Arrow® Wild Cherry Brandy
  • 6 oz. Cold Strong Coffee
  • Crushed Ice
  • Mix and garnish with cherries.

Old Fashioned Ezra

BRAND: EZRA B®
  • 1 1/2 oz. Ezra Brooks®
  • 2 dashes bitters
  • 1 lump sugar
  • Splash of soda
  • Muddle sugar, soda & Bitters in glass. Add bourbon and ice, stir. Garnish with cherry and orange slice.

Paloma

  • 1-1/2 oz. Juarez® Silver Tequila
  • 2 oz. Club Soda
  • 2 oz. Lemon-lime Soda
  • 1 Splash Lime Juice
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • Pour the tequila into a salt-rimmed Collins glass filled with ice cubes. Fill with club soda and lemon-lime soda. Splash lime juice on top and serve.

Pamir Peach

BRAND: ARROW®,PEARL®
  • 1 oz. Pearl® Peach Vodka
  • 1 oz. Arrow® Amaretto Creme
  • 2 oz. Orange Juice
  • Splash of Lemon Juice
  • Orange Peel
  • Shake ingredients and pour over ice. Take an orange peel and scald it with a lighter to release oils and juices. Garnish with scalded orange peel.

Passion Fruit Sant’Gria

  • 1.5L of Yago® Sant’Gria
  • 3 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup white grape juice
  • 1 cup passion fruit juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 12 ounces ginger ale
  • Combine first 5 ingredients in a large pitcher and chill. Add Ginger Ale just before serving and stir gently. Garnish with fruit of choice and serve.

Peach Fizz

BRAND: PEARL®
  • 2 oz. Pearl® Peach Vodka
  • 6 oz. Lemon Lime Soda
  • Shake ingredients and pour over ice.

Peachy Beach Sunday

BRAND: ARROW®,PEARL®
  • 2 oz. Pearl® Peach Vodka
  • 1 oz. Arrow® Black Raspberry Liqueur
  • 3 oz. Cranberry Juice
  • Juice of 1/2 Lime
  • Mix together in a shaker and pour into a shot glass. Take lime wedge and pour some vodka in lime, then light on flame... carefully, of course!
