Cinnamon Toast Bligh

BRAND: LADY BLIGH®
  • 1 1/4 oz. Lady Bligh® Spiced Rum
  • 6 oz. hot apple cider (mix with crushed ice)
  • Sugar and cinnamon to rim cup

Coastal Cucumber

BRAND: PEARL®
  • 1-oz. Pearl Cucumber
  • Lemonade
  • Club Soda
  • Combine equal parts lemonade and club soda, then top with a splash of ruby red grapefruit juice.

Coconut Chocolatini

BRAND: ARROW®,PEARL®
  • 1 oz. Saint Brendan’s® Irish Cream
  • 2 oz. Pearl® Coconut Vodka
  • 1 oz. Arrow® White Creme de Cacao
  • 1 oz. Fresh Cream
  • Shake well with ice in a shaker and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a chocolate swizzle stick.

Coconut Colada

BRAND: LADY BLIGH®
  • 1 1/4 oz. Lady Bligh Coconut Rum
  • 1 oz. Milk
  • 5 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • Blend with a cup of ice for 10-15 seconds. Pour into a specialty glass and garnish with a pineapple spear.

Coconut Jugs

BRAND: ARROW®,LADY BLIGH®
  • 2 oz. Lady Bligh® Coconut Rum
  • 2 oz. Arrow® Raspberry Liqueur
  • 1 oz. Orange Juice
  • 1 oz. Cranberry Juice
  • 1 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • Build over ice into a tall highball glass.

Cool Cherry Reserve

  • 1 1/2 oz. Rebel Reserve Cherry
  • 1/2 oz. Juarez Triple Sec
  • 2 oz. pineapple juice
  • 1 oz. fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2 oz. rum
  • In a shaker, combine ingredients. Pour over ice.

Cran-Berry Kicker

BRAND: PEARL®
  • 1 oz. Pearl® Red Berry Vodka
  • 3 oz. Cranberry Juice
  • Splash of Lime Soda
  • Mix in a glass filled with ice.

Diet Wedding Cake

  • 2 oz. Pearl® Wedding Cake Vodka
  • 4 oz. Diet Cola
  • Mix in a glass filled with ice and garnish with a cherry.

Dr. Bligh

BRAND: LADY BLIGH®
  • 1 1/2 oz. Lady Bligh Spiced Rum
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • Dr. Pepper
  • Put lime juice and a twist of lime into highball glass. Add ice, rum and fill with Dr. Pepper.

Drunk Uncle

  • 2 oz. Pearl® Wedding Cake Vodka
  • 4 oz. Root Beer
  • Mix in a glass filled with ice and garnish with a cherry.

Everclear Light-tini

BRAND: EVERCLEAR®
  • 2 2/3 oz. Everclear Lightnin’® Corn Whiskey
  • 2/3 oz. Dry Vermouth
  • Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into glass.

Exotico Paloma

BRAND: EXOTICO®
  • 2 oz. Exotico Reposado Tequila
  • 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
  • Pinch Of Salt
  • Grapefruit Soda
  • Combine the tequila, lime juice and salt in a tall glass. Add ice, top off with grapefruit soda.
