Originally from Collinsville, Illinois, Alex Kaiser began working at Luxco’s Kemper facility in August 2016. His main responsibility is inspecting product to ensure it is up to standard. He worked closely with the Lord Calvert Ducks Unlimited decanters this fall – unpacking, labeling, and stacking on pallets for distribution. Recently, he has been working on the D line, inspecting product as it comes off the production line and then packing it for shipment.
Joyce joined Luxco this past August in the newly created position of Trade Marketing Manager. On a day-to-day basis, she manages value and sales-owned brands, works closely with Field Marketing Managers on creative execution, as well as coordinates sourcing and manages relationships with vendors.
This fall, the sales and marketing divisions gathered in St. Louis to discuss 2017 brand objectives and sales strategies at Luxco’s annual Sales and Marketing Conference. This event is always a great way for new hires to meet the team, as well as for sales and marketing to come together to talk through ideas and identify priorities for the coming year.

In September, Pearl® Vodka encouraged music lovers to sip local as one of the main sponsors at LouFest, the region’s most popular music festival that takes place right in Pearl’s hometown – St. Louis, Missouri. The festival draws more than 40,000 attendees over a two day period of outdoor fun and live music.
The Paul A. Lux Award was created in 2008 to recognize valuable individuals for outstanding achievement, dedication, integrity, and commitment to Luxco. The award was named after Paul A. Lux, the founder of Luxco/DSC, as a tribute, honoring his vision and legacy.
Deneice Voss is a well-known personality at Luxco’s Cleveland division. Having worked there for 44 years, she has seen most of her co-workers join the company and even had a hand in hiring some of them. After high school, Deneice worked for the FBI and then a printing and office supply company before joining what was then called Paramount Distillers in Cleveland in December of 1972. When she joined the company, she was an administrative assistant to the president, Robert Gottesman, where she assisted with daily tasks, as well as helped interview
potential employees.
About five years into his career at Luxco, Tucker became a Glass Dumper, manually loading the production lines with glass bottles for filling. He has been perfecting this job ever since.
