In 2013 when I became President of Luxco, I had been fortunate to spend 15 years with two of my industry mentors, Donn Lux and his father Paul Lux. Donn and Paul taught me, among other things, a very basic business principle – surround yourself with an excellent team and set the expectations for that team to deliver. Having said that, I can confidently say we have the strongest team in the industry and our team delivers beyond expectations day after day. All of the credit for what we as a company accomplished in 2022 and for many years prior, goes to the team!

Speaking of an exceptional team, several folks reached a serious milestone in their Luxco career since my last letter at the end of Q2 2022. These people include –
Slavica Markovic – 25 years
Dawn Brown – 25 years
Alina Atalean – 25 years
David Prest – 30 years
Donna Blocksidge – 45 years

Also on December 12, 2022, we gave the Paul A. Lux award, a longstanding recognition of excellence, to Janet Dautenhahn! Janet has tirelessly supported ALL of us over the years. Having personally worked with Janet for many years, I can’t think of a more worthy recipient! CONGRATULATIONS JANET!!!
