Joanna Nelson, a member of the Luxco family since 2013, has been an integral part of the business operations since the first day she started! 

Joanna began her career in Operations fulfilling the ever important role of order processing. Since then, she has expanded to Operations Support which includes managing three bailment warehouses in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont, monitoring the inventory levels of each. A typical day for Joanna consists of processing open state orders from our distributor partners, carefully ensuring each order conforms to our pallet/tier configuration, checking to make sure the order isn’t overweight, and making sure the order has the proper 4 week lead time. Additionally, she maintains the customers’ cross-reference tables, so that the item number they provide on the order pulls the corresponding Luxco SKU. Joanna’s attention to detail and thorough work are obviously extremely crucial to ensure that all orders are fulfilled correctly.

Joanna grew up in Webster Groves, MO, a suburb of St. Louis, and enjoys hiking, reading, cooking and camping in her free time. Her dog, Rosie, keeps her company on many of her hikes. In 2012, she actually accomplished the incredible feat of hiking half of the Appalachian Trail! Her personal goal is to hike 150 miles this year.
