Since August 2021, Patrick Miller has worked as a Production Supervisor at the Kemper facility in St. Louis. His day-to-day responsibilities are varied and include the management of production staffing needs, the coordination of packaging materials, the analysis of productivity data and the oversight of safety and quality-control procedures. But if you ask Patrick, he’ll tell you his No. 1 responsibility is keeping his team motivated and on task, so the best quality product goes out in a timely fashion.

“We have multiple personalities that must work together to meet multiple deadlines,” said Patrick. “Having a common goal and helping people find success in their work has helped drive the overall success at our facility. It’s always rewarding to see team members discover something positive about themselves and their work.”

When not at work, Patrick can be found traveling, watching sporting events and attending concerts. He also loves to ride motorcycles. However, his favorite out-of-office activity is spending time with his grandchildren.
