Salted Caramel: Combines smooth aged premium Irish Whiskey with rich, buttery cream and toasted notes of lush, salted caramel for a decadent marriage made in cocktail heaven!
Caramel Macchiato
1 oz. St. Brendan’s Salted Caramel
1 oz. Pearl Vanilla Bean Vodka
3 oz. Coffee
Build in a mug and enjoy hot, or shake and strain into a martini glass for a chilled treat.
Salty Nog
2 oz. St. Brendan’s Salted Caramel
3 oz. Egg Nog
Bissinger’s Chocolate Caramel Lollipop for garnish
Build in a mug and garnish with Bissinger’s Chocolate Carmel Lollipop. Serve hot or cold.
Peppermint Bark: Blends smooth aged premium Irish Whiskey with rich, buttery cream and a refreshing hint of pure, clean peppermint essence for an instant holiday classic.
Holiday Hustler
2 oz. St. Brendan’s Peppermint Bark
1 oz. Arrow Green Crème de Menthe
.5 oz. Pearl Chocolate Hazelnut Vodka
3 oz. Almond Milk
1 cup Ice
Mint sprig for garnish
Combine ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into pint glass and garnish
with mint sprig.

3 oz. Bissinger’s Hot Chocolate
Whipped cream
Crushed candy cane for garnish
Build in a mug and top with whipped cream. Garnish with crushed candy cane.
